A birth certificate must be organized by Mokhtar of Beirut and signed by the hospital, then transferred to your place of registration for execution.

If you have an identity card or a new individual status record for a period not exceeding 3 months, you can organize a statement of residence for the passport and put your residence address in Beirut, then submit the application at the Directorate of General Security in Beirut.

If you do not have an identity card, you must obtain a statement of residence from a mokhtar and register your address in Beirut and submit it there.

A marriage document must be organized by the mayor of Beirut with his signature and then matching the wife’s data from Beirut’s civil status department, after which the document is transferred to your place of record outside Beirut to be registered there.
